Iron phosphating

Iron phosphating

Iron phosphating

For pretreatment, especially of steel components, but also galvanized steel and aluminum before powder, wet or e-coat. This simple process can be used by spraying, dipping or manually using a high-pressure lance. The corrosion protection can be increased by passivation. By adding a degreasing booster, e.g. Pretreat 5150, cleaning and phosphating can be done in one process step.

Prephos 3000

Produces yellow-bluish layers on steel. Low consumption, also suitable for low application temperatures and short treatment times.

For spray and dip application.

Prephos 3100

Produces yellow – bluish layers on steel. Thick layer iron phosphating, produces layers with a layer weight of up to 1 g/m² with excellent corrosion protection and paint adhesion properties.

For spray and dip application.

Prephos 3500

Produces dense, yellow-bluish layers on steel. Colorless to slightly irritating phosphate layers are produced on aluminum and galvanized steel.

Low consumption, also suitable for low application temperatures and short treatment times.

For spray and dip application.
