Degreasing

Oil and grease residues, but also particle dirt, such as polishing pastes, etc. have a negative effect on further treatment steps.

This first process step prepare the components for further surface treatment, such as pickling, passivation, but also for other process steps such as welding or assembly.

Prelitin 1020

Mild alkaline 1-component cleaner suitable for aluminium, steel, galvanized steel. For spray and dip application.

Prelitin 1040

Neutral cleaner for intermediate cleaning.

Effectively cleans oil/grease and other residues. Produces a temporary protection against corrosion.

Prelitin 1240

Multi-metal cleaner used in combination with a suitable degreasing additive.
