Coating a wide variety of components and a wide variety of substrates in consistently good quality is the daily task of contract coaters. Thanks to the flexibility of our products, our customers can achieve these goals.

Iron phosphating is usually carried out on steel components, sometimes with subsequent passivation to increase corrosion protection. If increased corrosion requirements are required, alkaline degreasing is carried out in combination with passivation or zinc phosphating.

In the case of galvanized components, the first step is to clean and/or remove oxide layers (white rust). Passivation ensures corrosion protection and paint adhesion.

Your advantages:

  • Low application temperatures
  • Phosphate-free processes
  • Multi-metal pre-treatment
  • high corrosion protechtion on powder, wet and e-coat
  • Online measurement, control and replenishment
