In order to minimize process costs, we work together with our customers to optimize energy, chemical and water consumption.

We understand the tasks and challenges that our customers face and find innovative and flexible solutions for them. Thanks to constant dialogue with our customers, we have a good experience that enables us to quickly solve even difficult and complex tasks and problems.
In our technical center, we can adjust the systems of our customers and thus simulate all process conditions before use.
Dosing and replenishment
Our products are developed for the future.
For us, this includes simple procedures, only in this way it is possible to carry out simple online measurement and dosing. This system is installed by our partners and optimized for the application.
The manual control effort is reduced, constant parameters minimizes the consumption of chemicals and water.
Special auxiliaries are available to extend bath service life. With suitable system technology, foreign/interfering ions are removed from the process, the bath service life is significantly increased and the quality improved.
Training
Even before commissioning, during project planning, we carry out initial training courses for our customers and impart theoretical content.
During commissioning, plant managers and plant operators are trained in the practical application and analysis of our products.
Specialist knowledge can be refreshed and expanded at our location with one or more days of training.
Laboratory service
In addition to the batch testing of our products, bath samples from our customers are also analyzed in our laboratories.
This guarantees our customers a stable process and gives additional security.
Anti-corrosion test
To monitor the coating quality, we carry out the following tests for our customers:
– Paint adhesion tests, e.g. cross cut, boil test, etc.
– Salt spray tests (NSS, AASS)
– Filiform corrosion test
– Condensation constant climate test
